A set of 4 knitting classes, I will take you from absolute beginner to intermediate knitter and most importantly,
a confident and happy knitter!
This online Course takes places over a Video Conference call (Google Meet), where I have a dedicated second camera on my hands so you'll see exactly what I'm doing and how to do it.
LESSON 1: Casting On (starting), the Knit Stitch and Casting Off (finishing)
LESSON 2: An additional Cast On method, The Purl Stitch and combining the 2 stitches to make stitch patterns; Stockinette Stitch Pattern, Rib Stitch Pattern, Moss Stitch Pattern.
LESSON 3: Striping Colours, Stranded Colourwork technique (making graphic patterns)
& Joining New Yarn
LESSON 4: Shaping Methods and Introduction to Knitting Abbreviations:
3x Increase methods, 3x Decrease methods
Knitting Lesson Requirements: Please have knitting needles and yarn to work with.

Duration: Each lesson is 90 minutes. Full course is 6 hours.
€180 for the course, all lesson are booked and paid in advance
Each Lesson on the Beginners Knitting course can also be booked individually for €45 per lesson.

Group Beginners Knitting
(A course of 4 lessons, taught over a month to group of no more than 6 people.)
Group classes run every Wednesday evening, based on availability. Check calendar for the schedule.
(Please note: Group classes require a minimum of three confirmed participants before going ahead.)

Knitting a Personal Project
(Specific Knitting Project/Skills guidance, I will help make it all manageable.)
A personalised, interactive session for when you have the knitting pattern of your dreams but a bunch of questions and confusion when starting it. Maybe this is your first ever knitting pattern, whatever the project, I will happily demonstrate the required skills, answer your questions and together we will make it manageable, easy and exciting to complete! Available upon request: a recording of our session together to reference as many times as you need.

A personalised interactive knitting session to address whatever issues you are coming up against. Often a second pair of eyes is needed to identify what keeps happening to cause the frustration. I pride myself on finding the right way to communicate a set of solutions that will specifically help you. Available upon request: Recording our session together for you to reference at your own pace.
